Support the daily operations of a Brokerage office with a small family-owned company in Roseville, MN. We are seeking a part-time Front Office Assistant for this long-term contract opportunity. Prior office experience is required.

• Pay $15 per hour
• Located in Roseville, MN
• Long-term Contract
• Part-Time: 10: 30 A.M. 4: 30 P.M. Monday Friday

Responsibilities for the Front Office Assistant:
• Support the day to day operations of the brokerage office. Enter client and trade deal information into software systems
• Support marketing and advertising efforts by helping update marketing materials, sending out follow-up information, and more
• Answer phones in a prompt and professional manner, greet clients and serve as receptionist, inventory and order office supplies, and other miscellaneous front office duties

Requirements for a Front Office Assistant:
• Must have at least 1 year of prior administrative/clerical/receptionist experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Interest in Precious Metals and Coin s is a plus
• Must be organized, detailed, and able to work independently
• Must be able to communicate at a professional level both verbally and in writing
