We are assisting our client in St. Paul, MN in their search for a professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Leadership Team! This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying $30 per hour.

Executive Assistant Hours and Pay:
• Contract-to-Hire Position
• Located in St. Paul, MN
• Monday through Friday, 8: 00AM TO 4: 30PM
• Pay: $30 per hour

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
• Manages calendar, travel schedule, and expense reporting for the leadership team
• Schedules and coordinates meetings, business trips, conference calls, and other executive events
• Responsible for vendor management and contract negotiation when required
• Prepares and publishes the company newsletter
• Captures notes and action items from meetings and follows-up on action items
• Responsible for managing the facilities budget
• File and data management including executive correspondence, presentations, etc.
• Manages the legal document process monitoring incoming contracts, tracking deadlines, and organizing records
• Maintains effective working relationships with executive assistants across the organization to coordinating meetings, events, and schedules
• Generates and distributes weekly, monthly, and other reports
• Leads and participates in special projects and employee events

Executive Assistant Required Qualifications:
• Completion of an Associate level program or Certified Professional Administrative certificate plus 5 years of experience in an executive administrative role, OR
• 6-10 years executive administrative experience supporting senior executive and senior leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential, with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication techniques
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple and varied projects simultaneously and independently under general instructions
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of proper formats for letters, reports and presentations; proper grammar, spelling, and language usage; ability to produce neat, accurate correspondence and reports
• Must be able to perform duties under stress of short deadlines, plus adapt to changing duties and responsibilities
