Our client in the eastern suburbs of Minneapolis, MN is seeking Customer Care Representatives who are excellent at building rapport with customers, self-driven, and thrive in a fast paced environment. If you want to be part of a fast growing company with a great team environment, we want to meet you. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying $16 per hour plus commissions.

This position involves taking both incoming calls and making outbound calls to warm leads. The role requires a consultative approach to help customers take the next step towards wellness.

Customer Care Representative Hours and Pay:
• Contract-to-Hire Position
• Located in eastern suburbs of Minneapolis
• Monday through Friday; 8: 00am-4: 30pm OR 10: 00am-6: 30pm
• Pay: $16 per hour plus commissions (Plus $100 Hire-on Bonus)

Customer Care Representative Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison to the customer through their screening, testing, and medical diagnosis journey
• Take incoming calls and make outbound calls to warm leads and to follow-up with current customers
• Following a script, will screen patients over the phone for medical wellness, answer questions, and assist with moving forward to the next step in the process
• Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
• Capture lead information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up

Customer Care Representative Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years customer service with call center experience
• Inside sales experience a plus
• Excellent verbal communications skills with a professional phone presence
• Strong computer skills and experienced in a CRM data entry system SalesForce preferred
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to multi-task
• Customer focused with conflict resolution skills
• Experience in the medical or medical equipment field is a plus
