Initiate progressive change with-in a mid-sized healthcare organization as a Business Change Manager directly supporting a VP of operations and the Director of Business Change Management. Serve as a chief of staff, a team collaborator, project manager, and process improvement initiator for a widespread team of Director level individuals.

Ideal candidates will have 8-10 years of experience in process improvement and business change, using six sigma-like methodologies as well as experience operating budgets, and process redesign. Prior Healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities of the Business Change Manager will include:
• Working directly with Management to identify and implement various projects, programs, and plans to support overall achievement of business practices and goals.
• Support operations to ensure teams are correctly prioritized and aligned for maximum results. Work with leaders to ensure corrective action plans are implanted and issues addressed.
• Facilitate efforts to identify best practices within teams and between teams. Identify the impacted parties, business partners, and resources required, and then develop and redesign process to better support business needs.
• Conduct cost/benefit analysis to design methods for integrating functions and processes. Provide budget oversight, develop staffing forecasts, and monitor monthly budget results.
• Use expert knowledge of process, project, and change management methodologies to consult and mentor staff on local and wide initiatives.
• Provide general support during execution of operating plan.
• Facilitate the development, submission, and quarterly review of operations performance. Working with leaders to organize work, and facilitate meetings.
• Use six sigma like tools to facilitate business process improvement including leading operations innovation plans; provide process mapping support; coordinate work including capacity planning, and monitor and report on progress of projects.
• Mentor team and operations members of process improvement tools and methods.

Requirements of the Business Change Manager:
• BA/BS degree is required in a related field
• 8-10 years of process improvement, business change or project related experience including experience in successfully developing and managing projects with a large operating budget. Knowledge of process redesign is required.
• Must have prior experience with process methodologies (such as six sigma or similar).
• Must be able to communicate effectively with diverse range of staff from entry, mid to C-level members.
• Must be a self-starter, detailed, collaborative, be able to serve as a facilitator, and have strong project management skills.
