Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
• Greet clients and customers with a professional customer service oriented attitude
• Enter sales information into system
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls
• Order office supplies and process mail
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
• High school diploma required; Bachelor s degree preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook
• Previous experience answering multi-line phone systems
• Excellent customer service skills

• Pay is $15.00 plus monthly commissions
• Contract to Hire
