This Sales Support Associate will execute the day-to-day processes in support of the sales team, customer, and internal departments who fulfill product and service orders.

Sales Support Associate Responsibilities:

Complete customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness or work.
Research and resolve questions and details.
Act as a liaison between the customer and internal team members.
Provide exceptional customer service with timely responses to customer or team member questions.
Assist team members and other departments in order fulfillment or other duties that help the company execute a project in support of a customer.

Sales Support Associate Education and Experience:

2-year degree or 2-4 years demonstrated experience working in a customer-facing environment
Proficient with CRM or order entry technology platforms (i.E., Epicor, Ecommerce).

Sales Support Associate Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills, research and resolution skills.
Accurate documentation, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent grammar and communication skills.
Detail oriented, well organized, and reliable

Hours and Pay:

Monday Friday, 8: 00am-5: 00pm
$19-$21 per hour
