Seeking an efficient, highly functioning Sales Support Administrator to support Directors and Sales Team. This Sales Support Administrator role will be an integral part of the office responsible for a variety of positional duties with an opportunity for positional growth within the company. Sales Support Administrator duties include updating company database, communicating with consultants, updating company members locally and internationally, supporting Sales with all needed tasks.

This position is the ideal for someone looking to fast-track their career as there is opportunity for growth. Seeking someone who has experience with full cycle recruiting, general HR and a keen interest in sales.

Sales Support Administrator Requirements:
• Strong and accurate data entry skills
• Effective communications skills with all members of the company and consultants
• High level of professionalism
• Detail oriented
• Effective time-management
• Pleasant phone demeanor
• Sales support/recruiting experience


Sales Support Administrator responsibilities
• Support the sales team
• Set up, advise and complete appropriate forms and information
• Follow up with appropriate parties for contracts, extension papers, documentation, and additional forms
• Ensure all relevant documentation is in place for compliance requirements
• Maintain database
• Phone duties including gathering essential information
• Speak with clients over the phone
• Complete needed HR paperwork and requirements
• Other duties as assigned


Located in Minneapolis
Monday Friday general office hours
$15.00 per hour
