Regional Safety Manager - Direct-Hire - 100% Onsite with 50% Travel

THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global distributor and manufacturer in their search for a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety programs across multiple U.S.Warehouse locations! The focus of the position is to ensure regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and foster a proactive, safety-first culture across the business segment.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of multisite safety leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments, a bachelor's degree in a safety-related field, and demonstrated knowledge of OSHA VPP and ISO standards.

Essential Job Duties:
• Serve as the primary safety leader for multiple U.S. Locations and promote a strong safety culture.
• Partner with site operations leadership during OSHA/EPA/DOT inspections, audits, and inquiries.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, procedures, and policies across facilities.
• Conduct safety audits, gap analyses, walk-through inspections, and daily safety observations.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Manage injury reporting, Workers' Compensation claims, and Return-to-Work programs.
• Oversee environmental management, hazardous waste disposal, and emergency preparedness.
• Provide safety training, new hire orientation, and chair Safety Committees.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years of multisite safety experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments required.
• Experience managing multiple sites required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA VPP, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, DOT, EPA, and OSHA compliance required.
• AED/CPR Certification required (Instructor preferred).
• Prior leadership experience required with ability to influence and train at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically required.

Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:
• Position is 100% onsite with regular travel to U.S. Distribution and office facilities.
• Schedule is Monday to Friday - primarily 1st shift hours.
• Salaried position - pay starts at $100, 000 annually and depends on experience level.
