Are you a experienced Maintenance Lead in the Residential Property Management industry? Have you had experience leading a team of technicians supporting multiple property sides for apartments, townhomes, and multi-family units?
THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a non-profit company to hire 2 Regional Maintenance Managers for the North and South Metro areas.
Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of residential building maintenance, a Boilers license, HVAC Certification, and 2+ years of leadership.

Minimum Requirements: • High School Diploma or Equivalent, Technical or Vocational Training Preferred • Boilers License Required; HVAC certification preferred. • 7+ years of Residential Building Maintenance Required - drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tile, screen, and window repair, appliance repair preferred. • Valid Driver's License and Vehicle with Insurance + Clean Driving Record
