Responsibilities of the Receiving Clerk:
Receive inventory: Verify product and quantity received is accurate
Maintain accurate records of all items received
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Process orders, forms, applications and request
Set up new customer accounts
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Keep records of customer s interactions and transactions
Maintain customer databases

Receiving Clerk Qualifications:
Dependable and organized
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Self-motivated and able to work with or without direct supervision
Interact professionally with customer, vendors and all departments of the organization
Experience with various shipping methods desired
Prioritize work and multi-task while maintaining professional composure

Benefits of Receiving Clerk:
Hours: Monday - Friday 8: 30A.M. To 5: 00P.M. (PT hours are available as well!)
Pay: $14.00 to $15.00/hr
Location: Burnsville
