Are you a Property Manager with a Background in Affordable Housing? Are you looking for an established Non-profit organization to support? THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with a leading Minnesota Non-profit to assist them with hiring Property Managers to support new supportive housing locations in the inner Twin Cities.
This role will be responsible for overseeing units within a specific Twin Cities Suburb/Neighborhood. This includes Marketing/Leasing, Compliance Activities, Budget Management, Property Condition Inspections, and Operations Support.
Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of Property Management experience in an affordable housing setting. Prior experience with Yardi is a plus!

Minimum Requirements:
• Must have a school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in Residential Property Management Required
• Must have working knowledge of low-income housing funding processes, including subsidy programs.
#8226; Must have a Current Driver's license, reliable vehicle with insurance. (No more than 3 moving violations on record in 3 years)
• Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable working with underserved community populations.
Job Details:
• Direct hire - Full Benefits Package Offered!

• Pay $27-$29/hr
• Full-time; Monday - Friday - 8/8:30 - 5 P.M.
