Do you have strong attention to detail, high energy and are willing to provide outstanding service to internal customers? THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking for an experienced Payroll and Benefit Administrator to join our client`s growing Finance and Accounting Team in Edina.

Responsibilities of the Payroll and Benefit Administrator:
• Bimonthly payroll; tax liabilities and dedications
• Maintain master employee database- calculations for annual incentive pay, headcount and analytics
• Assist with expense reimbursement and required documentation for tax preparation
• Oversee all year end audits and workers comp audits
• Assist in enhancing internal policies and procedures
• Oversee employee open enrollment presentations and carriers` materials
• Manage H.S.A contributions, 401K elections and communication
• Record keeping of all enrollments and terminations within internal system and insurance providers

Payroll and Benefit Administrator Requirements:
• Bachelor`s degree in Accounting or Business
• A minimum of 5 + years of corporate experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Certify Software is a plus

Benefits of the Payroll and Benefit Administrator:
• Hours: Monday through Friday; Normal Business Hours
• Pay: $50, 000 to $60, 000 DOE
• Location: Edina
