This Payroll Specialist is responsible for the processing and administration of payroll for non-exempt and exempt employees for multiple sites. This position will interact with employees and research and answer inquiries.

Payroll Specialist Essential Functions:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
Accurately enter all payroll related data to process and meet payroll schedules
Communicate with Human Resources department to obtain payroll data, including salary or hourly rate adjustments, special payments, reimbursements, employee deductions, garnishments, paid time off, benefit deductions, and 401(k) deductions
Ensure proper job code and employee classifications
Ensure data integrity within the Payroll system to ensure a high level of accuracy
Understand regulatory requirements and company policies
Provide customer service to employees to help find resolutions for any problems

Payroll Specialist Required Skills:
Associates degree or Certified Payroll Professional Certification preferred with a minimum of 3 years corporate Human Resources/Payroll processing experience
Familiar with Payroll Tax Preparation and garnishment processing/compliance
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service oriented with ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships
Ability to prioritize work effectively and maintain confidentiality
Knowledge and experience of ADP payroll platforms, ADP Enterprise eTime, ADP WorkforceNow

Payroll Specialist Hours and Pay:
Monday Friday, 8am 5pm
Pay $15-$18 per hour, DOQ
