Support a small office as a Part-Time Admin. We are seeking someone with a strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills to support the daily functions of a small manufacturing office.

• Pay $15 per hour
• Located in St. Paul MN
• Long-term Contract
• Part-Time: Flex Hours, AM preferred. 20-25/hrs per week

Responsibilities for the Part-Time Admin:
• Support the day to day operations of a small manufacturing office team. Enter client information into software systems
• Support marketing and advertising efforts by helping update marketing materials, sending out follow-up information, place warm sales calls to current clients and more.
• Answer phones in a prompt and professional manner, greet clients and serve as receptionist, inventory and order office supplies, and other miscellaneous front office duties

Requirements for a Part-Time Admin:
• Must have at least 1 year of prior administrative/clerical/receptionist experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be organized, detailed, and able to work independently
• Must be able to communicate at a professional level both verbally and in writing
