Paralegal - Commercial Lending - Onsite/Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join a highly regarded Minneapolis-based law firm. This individual will support attorneys in all aspects of commercial lending transactions, from document drafting to closing coordination. Essential Job Duties:
• Review and analyze title commitments and surveys.
• Draft initial versions of loan documents, amendments, and closing instruction letters.
• Conduct due diligence review including UCC searches, organizational documents, and insurance certificates.
• Update and manage closing checklists; monitor due diligence sites for completion.
• Communicate directly with clients and attorneys to facilitate the exchange of documents and information.
• Coordinate the preparation and distribution of closing materials and documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience in a legal setting.
• Minimum of 3 years of real estate or lending experience, preferably within a law firm or financial institution.
• Proven ability to make independent, critical decisions and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with document management systems (iManage, InTapp) a plus.
• Excellent grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail in all written communications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
Position Benefits, Pay, and Schedule:
• Direct-hire opportunity with a competitive salary ranging from $73, 000 to $92, 000 annually, depending on experience.
• Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid parental leave, 401(k), disability, life insurance, paid time off, and additional voluntary benefits.
• Full-time, onsite position w/ limited hybrid flexibility available after training in downtown Minneapolis.
• Standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
