Benefits of Office Administrator:
• Monday-Friday 8: 00 A.M. -4: 30 P.M.
• Pay: $15.00 - $17.00
• Contract to Hire

Office Administrator Responsibilities:
• Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
• Greet incoming clients
• Processing documents and preparing correspondence
• Process invoices
• Provide support to other teams as needed

Office Administrator Requirements:
• Attention to detail, strong work ethic and friendly personality
• Finance background preferred
• Communicate in a professional manner
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite Experience
