THE RIGHT STAFF is looking for skilled Lien Release Specialist with experience in reviewing final mortgage documents to join a leading global provider of consulting, outsourcing, learning, technology, and services in the Mortgage/Financial Industry in the Shoreview/St. Paul, MN area.

LIEN RELEASE SPECIALIST BENEFITS
• Hours: Monday Friday 7: 30 4: 00 P.M.
• Long Term Contract
• Pay: 14+ depending on Experience
• Located in Shoreview/Little Canada, MN

LIEN RELEASE SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform a formal review and inspection of all final loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness within the designated time period. Capture any required data elements in the application
• recorded, retrieved, scanned, and file documents accordingly
• Follow up via phone or email on pending documents
• Record (check-in) documents as they are received and any comments entered into the

LIEN RELEASE SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS
• High School Graduate or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Minimum 3-6 months related experience in Lien Release documents, post mortgage documents or related field
• Comprehensive understanding of handling Final Doc and procedures.
• Experience in Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, HUD1, FHA or other related mortgage loans is preferred
• Ability to use basic computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong Data Entry Skills (8000 keystrokes per hour/ 45wpm)
• Excellent time management skills as well as attention to detail
• Knowledge of chain of title.
• Ability to talk to county recorder s office to get recording information.
