Responsibilities of the Insurance Customer Service Specialist:
• Assist with inquiries on underwriting, process, and billing on currently or updated policies
• Support the sale team by identifying up-sell coverage and cross-sell opportunities
• Review and reply back to all incoming correspondence and service request
• Complete research and follows ups
• Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions

Insurance Customer Service Specialist Requirements:
• Valid Property & Casualty License is a plus
• A minimum of 2 + years of insurance agency customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills

Benefits of the Insurance Customer Service Specialist:
• Hours: Monday through Friday 8: 00A.M. To 5: 00P.M.
• Pay: up to $18.00/hr DOE
• Location: Edina
