Currently seeking a Part-Time Human Resource Generalist for a medical device company in the Plymouth area. The ideal Human Resource Generalist is a highly motivated, self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced work environment. The Human Resource Generalist will be supporting the key functions of recruiting, employee relations, compliance and policy, and continuous improvement.

Implement, maintain, and develop HR programs at location including: recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, AA, ADA, training, and on-boarding.
• Act as liaison among the company, employees, program providers and government agencies.
• Resolve issues, seek guidance, provide information, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Interface with multiple internal locations to ensure exchange of required information.
• Provide statistical data for designated programs and answer questions concerning program procedures.
• Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel and temporary employees; conducts new employee orientations; monitors career pathing program, writes and places advertisements.
• Maintains company organization charts, HRIS records. Develops and maintains affirmative action program: files EEO reports, maintains other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
• Assists in employee development through annual/mid-year Performance Reviews, IDPs (exempt) and by providing counsel to management, supervisors and employees.

• Strong understanding of state and federal requirements and regulations.
• Experience administering employee benefit plans, recruitment and compensation plans.
• Ability to proactively assess situations and use good judgment to resolve issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with associates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development or equivalent.
• MUST have 5+ years of experience in Human Resources positions. PHR preferred.
• Considerable real world knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration.
• Pay depends on qualifications
