The Expense Administrator is a long term part time contract position. The Expense Administrator will be processing weekly expense reports utilizing SAP Trip software. Expense Administrator Hours and Location:
Located in West Metro Area
Hours: Monday and Tuesday 9: 00 am to 2: 00 pm; Wednesdays 9: 00 am to 3: 00 pm

Expense Administrator Responsibilities:
Process expense reports weekly utilizing SAP Trip
Proficiently communicate with employees and supervisors
Ensure all expense reports are coded accurately

Expense Administrator Qualifications:
High School Degree, Vo-Tech or 2 year degree desired
Experience with SAP
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accounting knowledge
