B2B CUSTOMER SUPPORT - DIRECT-HIRE OPPORTUNITY - 100% ONSITE IN EAGAN, MN
THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a sustainable and eco-friendly retail manufacturer and distributor in their search for a Customer Support Specialist.
We're seeking a dynamic Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team on a full-time basis. This position will be the heartbeat of our client's customer interactions, ensuring every experience is seamless, personalized, and exceeds expectations.
Essential Job Duties:
• Engage with Customers: Deliver timely, friendly, and knowledgeable support via phone, live chat, and email.
• Problem Solver: Make clarification calls/emails to resolve order questions, notify of inventory issues, and present alternatives.
• Order Management: Monitor orders in the ERP system daily, ensuring they meet customers' "in-hand" dates.
• Process Returns: Handle returns and credits swiftly and efficiently.
• Resolve Issues: Research and resolve order issues, keeping customers informed every step of the way
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with inside and outside sales reps to ensure orders are completed with top-notch service.
• Onboard New Customers: Ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for every new customer.
• Participate in Meetings: Actively engage in weekly team meetings, huddles, and updates.
Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of B2B customer support experience in a production and/or distribution environment.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel, and familiar with ERP and CRM software required.
Schedule, Pay, & Benefits:
• Position is 100% onsite at Eagan, MN headquarters
• Monday to Friday with core business hours from 8 am to 6 pm
• Pay starts at $45, 000/year and depends on experience.
