Our client in Brooklyn Park is looking for Customer Service Tech Support to start in OCTOBER and work through the school year. These positions are FLEXIBLE on 1st shift between 6am and 8pm, Monday through Friday. Individuals in these roles will be resolving customers issues regarding administering tests, login complications, status updates, website navigation and much more.

Requirements for the Customer Service Tech Support are:
• MUST HAVE 1-3 years of previous call center experience
• MUST HAVE 1-3 years of tech support experience
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast pace environment, and have good communication skills
• Must possess a High school diploma/GED. Associates degree preferred.

Customer Service Tech Support are expected to:
• Take inbound calls, assist with customer inquiries, and properly documenting conversations
• Resolve escalated issues from customers and maintain professionalism
• Provide feedback, assist with process improvements and report to management
