JOB DUTIES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL:
• Receive and respond to a high volume of in-bound calls
• Review and respond to electronic credit bureau disputes
• Research and process loan maintenance updates
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of borrower accounts
• Perform follow-up on accounts as required

REQUIRED SKILLS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL:
• Must be computer savvy and have a strong aptitude for learning new systems
• Must have exceptional phone, customer service and problem solving skills
• Must be able to learn quickly
• Must have minimum of 1 or more years of experience in a call center or in a heavy phone based environment

HOURS AND BENEFITS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL:
• Pay starts at $17.00/hour
• Full time Monday through Friday from 8am to 4: 30pm
• Located in Downtown Minneapolis
