CLIENT FINANCIAL SERVICES OPENING - GROWTH/ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES!

THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Client Associate to join our client's wealth management team in Minnetonka, MN. Ideal candidates will have experience in a client focused role with prior experience in the financial services industry.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Obtain new account documentation, archive in CRM, open new accounts, submit to custodian for processing and follow up to ensure completion.
• Perform client service and account maintenance functions including account transfer requests, movement of assets such as journal entries, fed wires, checks, money links, and other service requests as assigned.
• Provide back up support to include greeting clients, maintaining a clean and professional reception area, answering incoming calls, ensuring conference rooms are clean and organized for client meetings, distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and managing office supply inventory.
Minimum Requirements:
• Superior Client service skills, ability to build rapport with clients.
• Prior experience in Financial Services industry high preferred or minimum of 1-year professional work.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (i.E., Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Undergraduate degree is a plus, but not required.
Position Schedule, Pay, and Benefits:
• Pay is $28-30/hr.
• Located in Minnetonka, MN - 100% onsite
• Hours: 8:30 pm to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday & 8:30 am to 3:00 pm on Fridays!
• Contract-to-hire/direct-hire opportunity!
