Bilingual Human Resource Generalist

Our client in Saint Paul is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Human Resource Generalist on a contract to hire basis. The ideal HR Generalist would be bilingual in Spanish and have an interest in developing employee engagement and leadership.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for:
• Full cycle recruiting- posting ads, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining personnel files.
• Processing payroll, entering deductions, and tracking PTO/vacation hours.
• Administering employee benefits, processing LOA, COBRA, and meeting with insurance agents in negotiating plans.
• Analyze compensation plans and administer compensation strategies.
• Promote healthy employee relations by resolving employee conflicts, providing improvement plans, and assisting with employee training and development.
• Process employment verifications, unemployment, and complete all government reporting.
• Assist in the development of the company by implementing and updating processes and procedures relating to safety, responsibilities, organizational processes, and more.

Requirements for the HR Generalist are:
• 2-4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing industry
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Excellent MS Office and database experience
• Ability to multitask with eye for detail
• HS Diploma/GED and 4 year degree in HR

Pay and Benefits:
• Pay: $25.00/hr to $30.00/hr Depending on Experience
• Monday through Friday from 8: 00am to 5: 00pm
