Bilingual Customer Services Representative details:
Contract with a possibility of contract to hire
Full time hours Monday through Friday- must be available between 8: 00 A.M. And 6: 00 P.M.
Located in the Minneapolis
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Bilingual Customer Services Representative duties:
Maintain good working relationships and.communication with external and internal customers
Maintain and demonstrate thorough knowledge if information systems and ACD telephone system
Inform team lead of any identified trends or issues that present during calls
Investigate and resolve questions from customers both internal and external regarding: Enrollment, eligibility, ID cards, clinic changes, demographic changes, benefit coverage, claims, etc.

Bilingual Customer Services Representative requirements:
One year call center experience or two years of customer service experience
Fluency in Spanish or Somali
Health Insurance, physician group practice, agency experience preferred
Proficient PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft office products
Working knowledge of medical claims and or medical billing processes
Experience with Amisys and MACESS type software packages
