BENEFITS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
• Pay: $18-$25/hr
• Shift: Flexible between 7: 30am-5: 30pm
• Location: Downtown Minneapolis
• Contract to Hire


JOB DUTIES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
• Provide administrative support to members of the Project Team ranging to 10-15 employees.
• Prepare meeting materials for prospective clients.
• Maintain and update client data in the core business software/database. Run queries and provide reports as requested.
• Enter call reports and compile monthly metrics based on call reports.
• Create appointments for Director s and maintain their schedules on a case-by-case or wholesale basis.
• Prepare and process a high volume of correspondence (both written and verbal).
• Work directly with clients via telephone or in person contact.
• Prepare for meetings, record and transcribe minutes at multiple meeting groups, summarize meeting feedback; proofread documents; follow-up on other action items in partnership with the leader of the committee.
• Provide backup support to other administrative support members: Prepare and process daily correspondence and department mailings, including gift acknowledgment letters.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
• Associates degree or a minimum of six years of successful experience in an administrative support position. Bachelors degree preferred. 8+ years of administrative experience preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook). Prior experience in Photoshop and Adobe is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with continuous attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials.
• Work successfully with diverse individuals with a variety of work and communication styles, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work accurately to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing and/or tight deadlines.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Event, meeting and travel planning skills.
