ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES:
Answering telephones and Greeting all customers
Providing administrative assistance to staff members
Assist with creating and designing publications and bulletins in MS Publisher

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
Basic knowledge and skills in Excel and MS Word
1+ years experience in an office setting

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT PAY AND HOURS:
Pay: $15 per hour
Hours: Flexible but consistent per week
