THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a professional Administrative Assistance for a contract opportunity. Our client in the Edina area is seeking a great candidate with strong customer service skills, resourceful and organized.

Administrative Assistance Responsibilities:
Answer and transfer inbound phone calls from clients to appropriate departments
Generate memos, emails and reports
Maintain real estate agent`s calendar and welcome signs
General clerical duties including emailing, photocopying, scanning, and mailings

Administrative Assistance Job Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office
1+ years of office experience
Ability to maintain work flow in a fast paced environment

Benefits for Administrative Assistance:
Hours: Monday-Friday
Pay: $13.00 to $14.00
Location: Edina
