Seeking an Account Receivables Clerk for in Edina, MN. Do you have excellent Account Receivables, Credit and Collection experience? Looking to expand your Account Receivables, or Accounting knowledge?

The ideal Account Receivables Clerk candidate is well organized, has excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, and is detail oriented.

Responsibilities of Accounts Receivable Clerk:
• Conduct account research and analysis to ensure timely payment resolution
• Develop a systematic approach for account reviews and collection calls
• Maintain an accurate aging report
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all collection activity
• Provide weekly updates to management on past due accounts and aging trends
• Identify and execute necessary accounts receivable clearing adjustments
• Interact with both internal and external customers to resolve outstanding issues in a professional manner

Accounts Receivable Clerk Requirements:
• Associates degree in Business or Accounting; Bachelor`s Degree preferred
• A minimum of 1 year experience in Credit and Collection
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel

Benefits of Accounts Receivable Clerk:
• Hours: Monday through Friday; Normal Business Hours
• Pay: DOE
• Location: Edina
