THE RIGHT STAFF is partnering with an IT Services client to support an urgent hiring need for an AR Collections Rep for a 4 month part-time contract need! Our client is based in Chaska, MN, and this role is hybrid but can be remote after training for an experienced candidate.
Ideal candidates will have a 4-year accounting degree or equivalent experience + 2 years of AR/Collections experience.
This role will be supporting one volume customer that has over 150 franchisee locations, and will be supporting the collection efforts to each individual franchisee site. This will include calling and emailing franchisee's to pursue payment, attending meetings with franschisee owners and corporate sponsors and investigating and resolving AR issues.

Minimum Requirements: • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; 4 year degree preferred - or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in AR or Collections (Commercial) required • Prior experience with ERP based AC experience preferred • Intermediate Excel Skills, and Proficiency with Microsoft Suite • Must have a high attention to detail
Job Details: • Contract 4 Months: Nov. - March 2024 • Pay $30-35/hr DOQ • Part-time: 20 hours/week • Tu, Wed, Thur schedule preferred (7 hour day) but flexible, schedule must be consistent week to week. • THE RIGHT STAFF offers Holiday Pay, Health Insurance and Referral Bonuses!
