THE RIGHT STAFF is hiring for a 3rd Shift Machine Operator in Savage. This is a great long term position paying $16-17.50 per hour. Must be able to train on 1st shift.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: Set up flexographic and/or rotary screen print machines. Will help press operator maintain the quality and maximum production of printed materials. Will assist press operators and other personnel with various printing and related activities focused on the manufacture of printed and flexible electronics. Includes assisting engineers, technicians, or press operators in the development and repeated use of processes for the fabrication of circuits on flexible substances and support of the transition to volume manufacturing.

1. Mount plates and screens.
2. Stage tooling and supplies for production orders.
3. Support operator with set-up and tear-down.
4. Act as back up for press operation when needed.
5. Work with Operator to achieve productivity and quality goals.
6. Maintain a clean work environment.
7. Enter and maintain accurate production data as required.
8. Assist with inventory as needed.
9. Assist in manufacturing equipment performance by performing regular preventative maintenance on equipment as required by maintenance programs.
10. Support and drive 6S programs and practices to maintain a safe working environment with good housekeeping practices.
11. Encourage, support and foster an environment of open communication between all department/divisional groups, facilities, Lisle and regional/global resources.
12. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED: - High School Diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED: - Some trade school experience

- Previous manufacturing experience
- Ability to carry weights up to 50 pounds for short periods of time
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Experience working with flexographic and/or rotary screen printing press
- Experience mounting plates and performing other set up duties

- Must meet ITAR requirements
- Ability to read and interpret product and assembly drawings
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work with others
- Must be a team player who is willing to cooperate with and consider input from supervisor, coworkers and members from other areas of the business
- Desire to learn about printed electronics, flexographic and rotary screen press operation
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed

- Knowledge of printed electronics manufacturing processes: functional printing, converting, stamping, plating and assembly
