1st Shift High Pressure Assembly Pay and Location:
Monday Friday 7: 00 A.M. - 3: 00 P.M.
Located in Elk River

1st Shift High Pressure Assembly Job Requirements:
To use assembly prints and work instructions to perform basic assembly of high pressure products and sub-assemblies
Produce products that reach 20, 000 psi.
Performs assembly of sub-assemblies kits and basic high-pressure product
Assembles fittings, gauges, and systems
Utilizes work instructions, assembly prints, tools and fixturing to engineering specification
Ensures quality products with minimal amount of rework and scrap
Inspects product to meet quality standards.
Performs related work as apparent or assigned.

1st Shift High Pressure Assembly Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Previous assembly experience with detailed products using hand tools, calibrated equipment and microscopes
Physical ability to lift, carry or maneuver up to 30 pounds
Normal vision, hearing and dexterity
Physical ability to stand all day
Demonstrated ability to read blueprints
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and understand written Work Instructions
Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal/written) effectively with customers, suppliers and employees
Demonstrated ability to work in a cooperative and team oriented environment
According to Government Regulations, all employees in this job classification must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident of the United States
